Delivery of all project files occurs within 5 days of confirmed payment. In most cases delivery is completed sooner. Delivery timelines may be extended by mutual written agreement for custom or Enterprise scope work.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. We may request additional information or a live troubleshooting session before making a decision. Approved refunds are issued in USDT to the wallet address used for the original payment.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Network transaction fees for the refund transfer are borne by us.
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks do not apply. Any dispute should first be raised directly with our support team. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution for all genuine cases.
